Devouring intestines
Softer organs rip
Pain envelops this sacrificial meat
Taking little effort to satiate the need

Without a voice to scream or a consciousness to move
They threw me to the pack
A donation of food
Animal instincts begin to check
Rigor mortis sets in
I stagger to stand upright again
The dead always win
